4 egg yolks
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups sugar
1 cup raisins
1 cup pecans
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 egg whites, unbeaten
Baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks lightly. Cream together butter, sugar, egg yolks. Add raisins and pecans. Add vinegar and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in egg whites. Beat until frothy. Put in unbaked shell.
Bake at 325-degrees for 50 minutes
