1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
3 eggs
Prebaked pie shell
1 cup whipping cream
Sugar to taste
1 tablespoon rum (Judy uses Bacardi light)
Judy usually puts in just a drop of green food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk, 1/3 cup fresh lime juice and the beaten yolks of 3 eggs. Then fold in the well beaten whites.
Place the mixture in a good flaky pie shell, already baked, and bake in oven for 10 minutes at 250 degrees.
When cool place in refrigerator until ready to serve. When serving top pie with slightly sweetened whipped cream to which has been added a little rum. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
