2 8-oz packages cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Beat first four ingredients together with mixer until thick and smooth. Pour into buttered 9” glass pie plate.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Leave oven on.
Cool on rack for 20 minutes. While cheesecake is cooling, mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla in small bowl with spoon. Pour and smooth mixture over top of cake—just to edge of cake.
Bake 10 minutes more. Cool completely. Cover with foil and refrigerate
