1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 unbeaten egg whites
1 pound confectioners (powdered)
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter or margarine with vanilla and salt until fluffy. Add egg whites and sugar alternately, a little at a time, beating well after each addition. Add 1 tablespoon milk and beat. If necessary, add more milk to make of desired spreading consistency. Yield:
About 2 cups. Enough for 2 nine inch round layers.
VARIATIONS
Orange Fluffy Frosting. Add 2 tablespoons grated orange rind when creaming butter, etc.
Chocolate Fluffy Frosting. Add 3 squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted and cooled to mixture, before adding milk.
Mocha Fluffy Frosting. Add 2 teaspoons instant coffee powder to chocolate variation, when adding chocolate.
