Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c flour
1/2 c brown sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c butter
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c creamy peanut butter
1/4 c milk

1/4 c melted butter
1 c honey roasted peanuts, ground

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 5 cup ring mold. Preheat oven to 375º. In large bowl mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Using pastry blender cut in butter until mixture resembles course crumbs. Make a well in center of dry mixture. In a small bowl stir together eggs, peanut butter, milk and vanilla mix well. Pour peanut butter mixture into well of dry mixture. Using a fork, stir just until moistened. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Quickly knead dough by gently folding and pressing for 10 strokes or until dough is almost smooth. Divide dough into 20 portions. Using lightly floured hands shape each piece of dough into a ball around a chocolate kiss. Dip each ball into the melted butter, then in ground nuts. Arrange the coated balls of dough in two layers, 10 balls per each layer placing second layer in between the first. Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan for 2 minutes. Invert onto serving plate; remove ring mold. If desired drizzle with powdered sugar or chocolate glaze. Serve warm 10 servings
