1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans

1 oz cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar
Large Cool Whip

Part 3
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups milk
Chocolate bar

Mix together part 2 ingredients until crumbly and press into 9 X 13 pan

Part 2
Blend cream cheese and icing sugar and spread on crumb base. Spread 1/2 of Cool Whip over the creamed mixture.

Part 3
Blend together 1 small instant vanilla pudding.
Add 2 cups of milk and beat together until creamy. Let set in refrigerator.
Spoon over the cool whip.
Spread remaining cool whip over the pudding. Grate chocolate bar over the top and let stand overnight.
