1 lb of tick sliced bacon cooked in oven (Chop in food processor)
4 Red Onions Chopped
1/2 Cup Garlic (saute 10 min)
Apple Cyder Vinegar (2 TBSP)
Home made Grain Mustard (6 TBSP)
Maple Syrup (1.5 Cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Put in food processor to make jam.

Freeze in flexy muffin tins and bag up after frozen.

Originally saw this on a food truck segment on Marilyn Dennis... It was a Gouda & Sliced Apple Panini Sandwich. Made it for Mom and Dad once and loved it. Mark is not a big fan of anything messy. I on the other hand.... love! So did Donna and Court.
