2 c flour
1/2 lb butter - room temp
1 egg yolk
3/4 c sour cream

Filling
3/4 c Sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c. Chopped walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter into flour with fingers, add egg yolk and sour cream
Mix well and shape into ball and chill

sprinkle board with flour. Divide dough into 3 parts, rollout. Sprinkle with sugar mixture. Cut into 12 sections (like pizza slices).
Roll into butterhorn and place on cookie sheet. Bake 18min at 375 º
