2 TBSP oil
1/2 Cup of Chopped Onions
(Saute Onion until soft)
Add: 1 tsp minced Garlic and 1/2 tsp Dried Chili Flakes till fragrant.
1/2 Cup of White Wine (Cook till alcohol cooks out)
1 Cup Canned TidBit Tomatoes
Reduce for 5 minutes.

2 TBSP Dried Parsley
1 lb good size raw shrimp
1/2 Cup of Feta Cheese Crumbled (I've used goat cheese with lots of pepper and freeze it in a roll and crumble in like Feta)

Broil in pan with a steel handle (Not plastic - will melt) for 5 min till browned...keep checking! One of Amanda and Mark's Favourite since Amanda was 5 years old. Made it for the first time when Deb and Den came for supper after Deb came out of hospital with her Kidney Stone issue. I was surprised that Dennis liked it as he was a picky eater at that time.
