Fusilli with Tomato Buttermilk Dressing Recipe

5 large ripe tomatoes
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
1 1/4. buttermilk
1 lb. dried fusilli
1 large tomato cut in 1/2 " cubes
1/2 c. fresh basil

Place tomatoes in food processor and puree
Add thru buttermilk and process until smooth
Cook pasta 8-10 minutes til al dente
Drain and rinse in cold water
Combine pasta with dressing in bowl
Slice basil leaves finely, add basil with chopped tomato to pasta
Allow to sit 30 minutes before serving.
