1 1/2 Cups Flour
1 TBSP Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil (solid)
4 - 7 TBSP Water, Cold (drop of vinegar too)

Use a pie cutter to make into pea size crumbs and then make into ball for rolling out maybe with parchment paper on bottom and top so it won't stick.

I love this with my brocolli or Fiddlehead quiche. Mom wasn't fond of it but she likes the ole style pie crusts. I like as healthy as I can get. Been making since 2015.
