medium onion, diced
3 T. butter
1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 cups coarsely chopped cabbage
1 can of Campbell's tomato soup mixed with 2/3 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté the onion in butter. Add the ground beef, breaking it up finely as it cooks, salt and pepper.

Ina a 2 quart casserole layer shredded cabbage, then ground beef and repeat. Pour soup over top. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
