2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 T. salt
1 Tsp. Accent
1/2 Tsp Savory Leaves
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
1 Tsp. parsley flakes
1 T. margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef

Glaze
1/2 c. chili sauce
2 T. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. liquid gravy

Directions:

Beat eggs and milk together. Add oatmeal and mix. Add salt, Accent, savory leaves, pepper and parsley flakes and mix. Add onion that has been saute in margarine. Add ground beef and mix well. Line 9x5x3 loaf pan with wax paper. Put mixture in lined pan. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Turn into shallow baking pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350º. Mix the glaze ingredients together. Brush glaze on meatloaf. Bake 45 minutes more. Brush on glaze 3 to 4 times during the last 45 minutes of baking.
