1 c. Flour
3 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 T. sugar
1 c. cornmeal
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
4 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and sugar. Add cornmeal, eggs, and milk and mix. Add melted butter and beat until well blended. Pour into 8x8 greased pan. Bake at 375º for 25 minutes. Serve warm with butter and honey.
