8 cups of very finely chopped cabbage, about the size of rice kernels.
1/4 cup finely shredded carrots
Dressing:
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1 1/2 Tbsp white vinegar
2 1/2 Tbs lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine dressing ingredients and beat until smooth. Add cabbage and carrots and mix. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
