9 large baking potatoes, peeled and diced
6 garlic cloves, halved
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces and softened
12 ounces cream cheese, cut into pieces and softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup whipping cream
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Add potatoes and garlic to a large saucepan with enough water to cover; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until tender. Drain and discard garlic.

Beat potato, unsalted butter, and cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add sour cream and whipping cream, beating well. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into a buttered baking dish and dot with butter.

Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
