1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup Kentucky Bourbon
2 garlic cloves, minced
6 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Salt
Pepper
2 pounds unskinned salmon fillets

Note: this recipe requires refrigeration.

Combine oil, bourbon, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, and pepper, stirring well. Place salmon in a shallow pan, pour marinade over top. Cover and chill for six hours.

Remove salmon from marinade and discard marinade. Grill salmon, skin side down, over high heat (400 to 500 degrees) four to five minutes. Turn salmon and grill seven minutes. Discard skin and transfer salmon to a serving platter.
