8 cups white bread, cut into small cubes, 1/4" size
20 ounces heavy cream
9 ounces dark or milk chocolate (melted)
4 ounces butter, unsalted
12 ounces sugar
5 large eggs
2 ounces flour (approximately 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup dried cherries, finely chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Melt chocolate with butter. Warm cream, then add sugar. Place eggs into chocolate mixture. Chop cherries and walnuts with flour. In a large bowl, place cubed bread and combine all ingredients.

Divide mixture between 12 ramekins (4" diameter by 2" tall). Bake at 300 degrees in a water bath for approximately 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from center of pudding.

*Optional: Coat ramekins with butter and sugar prior to filling with chocolate mixture.
