4 eggs beaten
1 qt. milk
3/4 c sugar (or more)
1 t. vanilla
1/2 t. salt
1 to 2 c cooked rice
Cinnamon or Nutmeg if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in an oven proof flat bowl or pan.
Sprinkle top of custard with Cinnamon and/or Nutmeg
Set bowl or pan in a larger flat pan .
Fill the outer pan with water until it is half full
Bake at 325 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until the custard is set
