2 lbs. beef sirloin cut in 1/4 inch strips
8 oz baby bella mushrooms
1 clove minced garlic
1 small onion, diced
11/2 cup beef stock
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 package egg noodles
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1Tbsp olive oil
2Tbsp butter
1/2 cup sour cream

1. Preheat oil in large skillet over medium heat
2. Season beef with salt and pepper and stir to coat
3. Add beef to hot skillet and cook for one minute on both sides. Remove from pan and put on plate.
4. To the same skillet, add onion, garlic and mushrooms. Stir and cook for about one minute. Add butter and cook, stirring often until the onions are translucent.
5. Sprinkle flour over vegetables and stir in until there is no visible flour. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
6. Drizzle in the beef stock and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until combined. Simmer on low until thick, about 10-12 minutes.
7. In the meantime, in a stock pot bring water to a boil. Add salt and pasta. Cook until done.
8. When the vegetable sauce is thick, add back the cooked beef and stir. Add sour cream and stir until combined and the sauce is creamy. Remove from heat.
Serve over noodles.
