6 eggs separated
2 tbsp. hot water
3/4 tsp salt
Kraft Pure Black Raspberry Jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks, add water and salt, then fold them into the stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour the mixture into a well greased 10" skillet. Cook over low heat until the bottom begins to brown, then place in a slow oven 325ºF until the top is firm. Crease in the middle, spread jelly on half, fold other half over it, and place on a platter. Serve immediately.
