juice of one lemon
1 cup sugar
3½ to 4 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 cup milk

Cook until thick on low to medium heat. Add ¼ cup butter. Cool. Then add 1 cup sour cream. Pour into cooled, baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream and refrigerate.
