CRUST:
32 Graham crackers
½ cup melted butter

Crush graham crackers fine and mix with melted butter. Put into a 9"x13" pan and press firmly. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:
22 ounce cream cheese--room temperature
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla

Mash cream cheese and mix with eggs--blending until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla and mix well. Pour into cooled graham cracker crust and bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.

TOPPING:
2 cups sour cream
½ cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla

Blend together until smooth. Pour over top of cake and bake at 300 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. The cheese cake will not look set--but it will continue to bake and set. Chill 24-36 hours before serving. Top with fresh fruit of your choice.
