1 cup of cream of wheat

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the egg and beat in the cream of wheat with a whisk. Leave the mixture standing for about minutes and then put the knodle dough into the soup using a tablespoon. Cook them along with the soup. Simmer the knodle dough until soft (approximately 8 minutes)

Important: If making knodles for more people.....for each extra egg you use, add a 1/3 of a cup of cream of wheat.
