9 c. Crispix (I use HyVee Crispy Hexagons)
1 c. peanuts
1 c. coconut (optional)
1 stick butter
½ c. corn syrup
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. baking soda
M & M candies, caramel bits, and any other goodies
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first three ingredients altogether in a large bowl.

In a saucepan, combine butter, corn syrup, and brown sugar. Heat and boil 5 minutes, without stirring. Add 1 tsp. vanilla and ½ tsp. baking soda. Stir and coat the above cereal mix.

Put in large pan and bake 1 hour @250 degrees. Stir every 15 minutes.
OR put coated cereal mix in a large paper grocery bag. Microwave for 1 minute. Shake bag well. Microwave for 1 minute more.

Add M & M candies, caramel bits, and any other goodies! Spread out to cool on wax paper.
