8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese
3 oz. crumbled blue cheese
2 T. finely chopped celery
2 T. grated onion
1 tsp. wooster
several dashes cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together, chill for an hour or so, then shape into a ball and roll in chopped
toasted pecans and chopped parsley.
Serve with good quality crackers.
