2 eggs beaten
4 c firmly packed soft bread crumbs
2 c thoroughly drained coarsely shredded cucumber
1/4 c finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1-8 oz pkg frozen fishsticks
1-8 oz pkg jar Kraft's Cheez Whiz
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the eggs, crumbs, cucumber, onion and seasonings. Mix well. Place in a baking dish. Top with the fish sticks and bake in a moderate oven at 375ºF for 20 min. Remove from the oven and spoon Cheez Whiz over the top and serve.
