Cake:
2 C. flour
1 stick butter
3 1/2 T. cocoa
1/2 C. oil
1 C. water
2 C. sugar
1/2 C. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 t. baking soda
1 t. vanilla

Icing:
1 stick butter
1/3 C. evaporated milk
3 1/2 T. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 C. nuts, chopped
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
To make cake, Mix flour and sugar in a large bowl. Bring butter, cocoa, oil and water to a boil and pour over flour mixture while hot. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla. Pour into a cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 350º.

To make icing, bring butter, evaporated milk and cocoa to a boil. Add powdered sugar. Mix until smooth. Stir in nuts and vanilla.

Pour over cake while both are hot.

This is a very moist and easy cake. It feeds about 20 - 25. Great for parties.
