1 lb sirloin steak, cut into very thin strips
1 onion, chopped
1 8oz can mushroom pieces drained or 6-8 fresh mushrooms thinly sliced
1/2 cup sour cream
1 C beef bullion (made from 2 bouillon cubes)
3 T butter
3 T flour

Noodles, rice or mashed potatoes to accompany.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and add two bouillon cubes. After they dissolve, add 1/2 cup sour cream and stir well. Set aside.

Brown sirloin in butter for 10 minutes, salt and pepper to taste.
Add onions and cook for another 10 minutes stirring often.
Add mushrooms.
Sprinkle flour over the entire mixture and cook for 3-5 minutes longer.

Pour sour cream/bouillon mixture over meat and stir well.
Cook for 5-10 minutes until sauce thickens.

Serve over noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
