3-4 pound roast- any-kind
One stick of butter
1 package au jus gravy mix
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix (dry)
Pepperoncini peppers, number to your liking and a little juice

Directions:
Directions:
Sometimes we use chuck, sometimes sirloin tip, sometimes rump roast. (Use whatever is on sale, it all works)

Sometimes I sear it, sometimes I don't.

Put the roast in the slow cooker, add all of the ingredients, cook on low for 6-8- hours, or until it is fork tender.

I know this sounds like a crazy recipe, but it is really good. It makes excellent sandwiches'!
