5 c. cooked carrots (sliced)
1 can tomato soup
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. basil leaves
½ c. salad oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
¾ c. sugar
¼ c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1 onion (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots until just tender. Drain and cool. Combine remaining ingredients. Add carrots and let stand 12 hours before serving. Serve cold.

Two pounds carrots will yield five cups. Will keep 2 weeks.
