1 8oz. package egg noodles
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter, divided
2 8oz. packages sliced mushrooms
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp. butter in large skillet and add mushrooms. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add flour and remaining butter and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Wisk in broth and boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 5 minutes and then remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and parsley.

Serve over cooked egg noodles.
