4 slices bacon, coarsely chopped
3 cloves garlic sliced
1 red bell pepper,thinly sliced
1 Vidalia onion,thinly sliced
1 habanero pepper,sliced
2 pounds green beans
1/2 cup store bought Szechuan sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add bacon and cook to render fat,5-6 minutes. Add garlic, onions,bell pepper and habanero.Saute until crisp and tender, 3-4 minutes. Add green beans and saute until tender, 10 minutes. Add the sauceand stir until combined. Serve.


* For the bacon, you could also substitute Turkey bacon

I had this recipe at my girlfriends house for dinner one night. It was really good. Luckily, we like spicy , so we added more habanero pepper.
