1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Dorito Chips
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 14 oz. can evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of water
1 small can of taco sauce
1/2 small can green chilis, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in skillet over medium heat. While beef is cooking, blend soups, milk and water until smooth. When beef is cooked, drain and alternate in layers with warm soup mixture and remaining ingredients (Doritos, soup, meat, onion, cheese). There will be enough to make 2 layers in a 9 X 13 dish. Reserve enough cheese to top casserole. Bake, covered, at 350º for about 1 hour. Remove cover for the last 10 minutes of baking.
