1 lb. ground beef
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 t. garlic salt
1/2 t. salt
dash of pepper
1 can chili, no beans
1 can water
3 T. hot taco sauce
1 dozen tortillas (corn or flour)
2 C. cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 large onion, finely diced

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer ground beef, garlic, garlic salt and pepper in skillet until meat is brown. Place meat in warm bowl; set aside. Heat chili, water and taco sauce in same skillet until almost boiling. Dip one tortilla at a time for 5 seconds into hot sauce. Place in baking dish and fill with 2 T. of meat, 2 T. cheese and 1 t. onion. Roll tortilla up around filling. Repeat with all tortillas and line in baking dish as you go. Put remaining meat, onion and cheese on top of tortillas. Cover with foil. Bake at 350º for 30 - 40 minutes.

You can use either corn or flour tortillas. Flour seems to hold together better. It must be the gluten!
