1 lb. bacon, cut into pieces
1 egg
1 T. flour
1/-1/3 c. vinegar
1 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon to semi-crisp; drain off most of fat. Whisk together egg, flour and vinegar, add enough water to it to equal 8 oz.; whisk in sugar. Stir mixture into the bacon in frying pan over medium heat until it thickens. Pour over spinach or lettuce with chopped raw onion and mix together. Serve immediately.
