2lb Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breast and/or Thighs
12c water
6 Knorr Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1/3 c dehydrated celery
1/2 c dehydrated onion
2 t dehydrated garlic
24 oz frozen noodles
3 large carrots sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except noodles and carrots in stockpot. Cover and bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer until chicken is cooked through and tender. Remove chicken to plate and bring broth back to boiling. Add noodles and carrots, stirring frequently to prevent clumping and return to boiling. Cover, reduce heat to steady simmer. Shred cooked chicken and add back to noodles and broth. Cook an additional 30-45 minutes (until noodles are to desired consistency).

I sometimes add a handful of barley when I add the noodles.
Have halved the bouillon and added the Amish chicken noodle seasoning as well.
This is a dish that tastes even better the next day and does okay in the freezer.
