1 cup mayonnaise.
1 cup sour cream.
1 garlic clove, minced.
1 tablespoon dill weed.
1 tablespoon shallot, minced.
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley leaves.
1 tablespoon beaumonde (seasoning salt), optional.
2 round bread loaves (preferably a dill/onion bread)

Directions:

Mix and refrigerate all ingredients for 12 hours.

Scoop out bread loaves and fill with dill dip.
