1 1/2 to 2 pounds stew beef
3 to 4 cans tomato soup
2 large russet potatoes
3 stalks celery
3 carrots
1 large sweet onion

Directions:
Directions:
In dutch oven with light oil, brown stew beef (about 10-15 minutes). Add tomato soup and about a cup and a half of water to dutch oven and heat to boiling. Add stew beef and simmer on low for about 2 hours. Add cut carrots, potatoes, onions and celery and cook an additional 2 to 3 hours until tender.
