3 pound center cut rolled pork loin roast
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup seasoned pepper
2 teaspoons sage

Directions:
Directions:
Push whole garlic cloves into center of roast. On sheet of waxed paper, combine pepper and sage; roll roast in pepper mixture, coating meat evenly.. Place meat, fat side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer so tip is in center of meat. Roast meat in 325º oven 30-35 minutes per pound, or until internal temperature reaches 170º
