French Toast Recipe

2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 vanilla extract
4 slices of sourdough bread or similar

Directions:
Beat ingredients with a fork. Spray fry pan with Pam or melt 2 tbsp. butter or margarine in bottom of the pan. Preheat to medium heat (325-350º) when using an electric fry pan. Cut bread in half and dip in egg mixture until coated. Place in pan and cook until browned. Flip over and continue browning.
