1 pkg. (2 1/4 t.) active dry yeast
1 C. warm water
1/2 t. salt
2 t. olive oil
1 C. white flour
1 C. wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water in warmed bowl. Add salt, olive oil, and flour. Using a Kitchen Aid mixer. Attach dough hook. Turn to Speed 2 and mix 1 minute. Mix until dough clings to hook and cleans sides of bowl. Add 1/4 C of white flour if dough is too sticky.

Turn dough onto floured surface and knead until smooth. Place into greased bowl; cover; let rise in warm place, free from draft, until double3d in bulk, about 1 hour. Punch dough down.

Brush 14 inch pizza pan with oil; sprinkle with cornmeal. Roll dough out on floured surface. Place onto pizza pan. Add pizza fillings to taste.
(Cover with sauce, cheese, meat and veggies to taste). Bake in preheated 450º oven for 15 minutes. For crispy crust, prebake crust, then add toppings. It takes some times to figure out your favorite pizza combos.
