Chocolate cake mix
4 oz instant choc. pudding
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. veg. oil
4 Lg eggs
1/2 c. mini milk choc. chips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together on low till blended. The mix on medium for 2 minutes. Fill paper lined cupcake pans 2/3 full. Bake 350º for 25 to 28 minutes. Toothpick will come out clean.
