Ingredients:  
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
5 medium potatoes, cubed
1 cup of milk
1 can corned beef
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and onion until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and pour in a casserole dish. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the potatoes and onions. Bake at 325º for 1 hour.
