3 or 4 large chicken breast
1 20 oz can pineapple chunks
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 Tbsp cornstarch or flour
2 Tbsp cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Cut chicken into bite size pieces and place in 9x13 glass baking dish. Pour the pineapple and juice into a bowl, add onion soup packet and mix well. Pour over the chicken. Cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes. Once the chicken is done, drain the juice into a sauce pan. Thoroughly mix the starch/flour and then add to the juice until it thickens. Pour the thickened sauce back over chicken.

Serve over rice.
