1 white cake mix
3 egg whites
10 fl oz. frozen Margarita mix, thawed (comes in a foil bag)
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp lime zest


frosting
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1\2 c. unsalted butter, softened
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp lemon zest
5 c. powdered sugar

Beat all ingredients and bake at 350º for 18-25 minutes


Frosting

Beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Stir in lemon zest and lime juice. Beat in powdered sugar 1 cup at a time. Beat until smooth
