1 lb. chicken cut into strips
enough milk to cover chicken
1/2 stick butter

1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Morton's Season All
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 C. flour
2 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400º
Cut 1/2 stick butter into a few pieces and place in a 9x13 pan. Melt butter while pre-heating oven.

Place chicken into bowl of milk and let soak for 20-30 minutes.
Mix flour and seasoning in a large zip-lock bag or a large bowl.

Spread melted butter around the bottom of the pan to coat. Make sure bottom is fully coated.

Shake excess milk off chicken and completely coat each piece with flour mixture. Place in 9x13.
Cook for 20 minutes, turn each piece of chicken and cook for 20 more minutes or until no longer pink.
