To make a gallon amount (to make a quart amount)
1 Tbsp Garlic puree (1 tsp garlic puree)
2 c. butter (1\2 c. butter)
2 qts. Heavy whipping cream (2 c. heavy whipping cream)
1 c. Milk (1\4 c. milk)
16 oz. Parmesan cheese (1\2 c. Parmesan cheese)
4 oz. fontina or Asiago cheese (2 Tbsp. fontina or Asiago cheese)
1 tsp. salt (1\4 tsp. salt)
2 tsp. pepper (1\2 tsp. pepper)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown garlic puree, add butter and melt. Add whipping cream and milk. And Parmesan cheese and fontina or Asiago cheese, salt and pepper. Stir over medium heat until thickens. Turn off heat and continue to stir.
