2 (8-oz.) cans water chestnuts
1 (5 oz.) bottle soy sauce
1 c. brown sugar
1 lb. bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Soak water chestnuts in soy sauce overnight. Drain. Cut each bacon slice into thirds. Roll each chestnut in the brown sugar, wrap bacon around it and secure with a toothpick through the middle.

Place on broiler rack. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
