2 pillsbury pie crusts

1 package of chicken pieces

3T.olive oil

4 cups of chicken stock

6 chicken bouillion cubes

12T. butter (1 1/2 stick of butter)
2 cups of chopped onions

3/4 cup of flour

1 pint of heavy cream

1 package of frozen carrots and peas

1 can of potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 to 450º follow baking directions on pie crust package.

1. Cut up chicken to cubes and add olive oil.

2. In another pan add chicken stock and chicken cubes and simmer for 10 minutes.

3. In another pan add butter when buter is melted add onions and saute for 10 minutes.

4. Add flour and cook over med.heat stirring constantly for 2 minutes.

5. Add the chickent stock to the sauce simmer for 2 minutes.

6. Seasoned with salt and pepper.

7. Add heavy cream stir for 2 minutes.

8. Add vegetables and chicken and simmer while laying out the pie crusts.

9. Add sauce into the pie crusts.





10. top the with the second pie crust.
